    Art exhibition "Farbenfrohe Vielfalt"

    On Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 5.30 p.m., the exhibition opening "Farbenfrohe Vielfalt" (colorful diversity) of the artist Lydia Pfeiffer will take place at Fraunhofer IOSB in Karlsruhe.

    Seminar "Surface Inspection"

    The seminar with practical course "Inspection and Characterization of Surfaces with Image Processing" is composed of theory and practice. In the first part, theoretical principles and methods of image processing and the inspection of surfaces are presented in the form of lectures and practical application cases are described. In the practical part, different inspection systems are then available on which personal experience can be gained in small groups.

    Fraunhofer UV-Colloquium

    UV radiation has a wide range of applications. One of the most remarkable is LED-based solutions. We would like to introduce these to you in various presentations. We have been able to attract competent speakers from industry and science. This will be followed by the official opening of our new laboratory with guided tours in small groups.

    The Control Engineering Colloquium in Boppard is the annual meeting place of the control engineering community from the German-speaking region. It has the character and function of a forum in which the universities and research institutes of the German-speaking region can present and discuss the latest results and innovative ideas from research and development in the field of measurement, control and automation technology.
