8th Conference on the Optical Characterisation of Materials (OCM)

The state of the art in the optical characterisation of materials is advancing rapidly. New insights into the theoretical foundations of this research have been gained, and exciting developments have been made in practice, driven by new applications and innovative sensor technologies that are constantly evolving.

The great success of previous conferences demonstrates the need for a platform to present, discuss and evaluate the latest research findings in this interdisciplinary field. For this reason, the International Conference on Optical Characterisation of Materials (OCM) will take place for the eighth time in March 2027.

Please note: Once again, the OCM SpectroNet Collaboration Conference will take place on the day before the OCM conference, focusing on the latest developments in innovative photonic microsensors with digital image processing. Further information on this additional event will follow.
