Julia Hofmann, M. Sc. started working as a research assistant in the Adaptive Optics Group at Fraunhofer IOSB in Ettlingen, Germany, in May 2017. In parallel she wrote her master thesis "Automatic recognition of blood vessels in optical coherence tomography scans". In February 2018 she completed her M. Sc in Geodesy and Geoinformatics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. In September 2018 she joined the group as a research associate and Ph. Her current research topics are image processing, medical image analysis and turbulence correction in video sequences.
