Jakob Budde completed his M.Sc. in Physics at the University of Stuttgart in 2024. His research focused on the generation of polarization-entangled multiphoton states and their applications, such as in quantum communication.
In early 2025, he joined the High-Resolution Quantum Systems Group at the IOSB in Ettlingen as a research assistant. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis, which focuses on high-resolution imaging using quantum-optimal measurement strategies.
